Participants will review the data on racism and other forms of oppression and their impacts on health. We will participate in inclusion and exclusion exercises and explore implicit biases and strategies to promote inclusion. Additionally, we will work to develop organizational strategies and programmatic strategies to promote diversity, inclusion, and equity in our community.
