Join us for this continuation of the How Health Equity Impacts Our Community series. In this teacher session, participants will identify organizations and partners needed to address health equity and determinants of health and assess power dynamics in community partnerships. We will also review community engagement strategies and tools we can use to engage others in joining us on our journey to learn more about how we can ensure the health of all people in our community.
