This training will explore the importance of father engagement in early childhood settings, highlighting its impact on children’s development and family dynamics. Participants will examine common barriers to father involvement and learn practical strategies to create more inclusive, welcoming environments. The session will cover effective communication techniques, program adaptations, and community partnerships that support and encourage fathers’ active participation. Through interactive discussions and real-world case studies, educators will leave with actionable steps to strengthen father engagement and foster meaningful connections that benefit children, families, and early learning programs.
