Join us for an evening of self-care as we “gallop” our worries away at Spirit Horse Ranch Education Center. Participants will be hands-on as they learn the benefits of caring for animals and how it can be a unique form of self-care. We will also have the opportunity to explore their on-site nature trail. The goal of this unique training is to not only give educators a new option of self-care, but to also learn about other opportunities in our community that are available for our youngest learners
