As early childhood educators, we need to be flexible and open to change. When we see ourselves as co-learners, we show value for the process of learning. We need to create a classroom community where our students feel free to share their thoughts and ideas freely. In this workshop, participants will learn to reflect upon and refocus their roles as guides in the learning process.
