Regional Coordinated Area Transportation System (RCATS)
Provides non-emergency public transportation services for Randolph and Montgomery County residents. (72-hour advance reservations are required.) Limited out-of-county trips per schedule. Open to the general public. Fare structure applies to general public riders not meeting human service agency eligibility requirements. Resource materials available in Spanish.
