Randolph START is a career pathway program for early childhood educators who are new to the field or exploring work in child care. The program provides training, guidance, and connections that help participants build a strong foundation for working with young children.

Whether you are exploring early childhood education as a career, changing fields, or just starting in a classroom, Randolph START offers a supportive place to begin.
