Session 8 is the final session of the Conscious Discipline Series — and it brings everything together. In this closing session, participants will take a deeper look at shifting away from traditional fear-based approaches to child guidance and toward Relationship-Based Discipline, a framework built on connection, safety, and trust.
We will be challenged to move from having “the power” over children to becoming truly EMPowered educators alongside them. The session closes with a full review of the Seven Powers, Seven Skills, and Seven Steps of Conscious Discipline — giving every participant a clear roadmap to carry this work forward in their Randolph County child care program.
