This welcoming group brings together emerging childcare and early education leaders who want to connect, grow, and tackle the unique challenges of program administration together.

Participants will have the opportunity to share challenges and successes with peers, and take part in a meaningful discussion about the Program Administration Scale (PAS) — a powerful tool designed to help directors assess, guide, and enhance the overall quality of their early childhood programs.
Whether you are stepping into a director role for the first time or are newer to early childhood administration, this community offers a supportive and collaborative space to learn and grow alongside others who understand the journey.
