Did you know that early childhood educators who focus on their strengths are six times more likely to be engaged in their work? If you are a newer director of a child care program in Randolph County, this evening is for you.
Join fellow new and newer directors for a warm, practical evening focused on discovering your own professional strengths and exploring leadership strategies that will help your program grow. Following a facilitated strengths discussion, the group will share ideas and support one another through the real challenges of leading a child care center.
Dinner is provided. Space is limited — all participants must register no later than Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
