Worksheets out. Hands-on learning in. This energetic, practical training is designed for early childhood educators who want to teach preschool skills in ways that are joyful, developmentally appropriate, and genuinely engaging for young children.
Through play, creativity, and active exploration, participants will discover how to move away from printable worksheets and toward meaningful, hands-on experiences that build real skills. You will leave with fresh ideas and a renewed sense of what early learning can look like when children are fully engaged.
Want to go deeper on developmentally appropriate practice? The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) offers a wealth of research and resources on play-based and hands-on early childhood learning.
